If 2020 has taught me anything it is to make the most of every opportunity! (Because you never know how long it'll be between them). It has always been a dream of mine to work at the Columbus Zoo with the animals. Well today I got to do just that even if it was only for an hour.
Meet Phoebe, today was her spa day thanks to me and a few new friends. Since our zoo has been impacted by the shut downs, they have created new ways for you to get up close and personal with the animals, and you guessed it Phoebe got a scrub brush bath and power wash hose down by yours truly! Let me be the first to say for the 10 minutes that I got to scrub this 3 ton beauty it was a workout! I mean forget goat yoga this could be the new cardio explosion. Although she wasn't interested in burning calories as her handler fed her biscuit after biscuit. What a sweet gentle girl she was getting pampered and fed.....but isn't that
every girls dream.
